Quick fixes

The video doesn't change when I pick a mode. Reload the page after installing the extension — tabs opened before installation don't have it yet. If the site loads its player inside an iframe, give it a second after switching modes.

Everything works, but only in windowed mode / only in fullscreen. Check the "Apply only in fullscreen" toggle in the popup. When it's on, videos are only zoomed or stretched after you enter fullscreen.

The picture is cropped too much. That's Zoom mode doing its job on a very wide screen. Lower the scale with the slider (or ⌘⇧↓ / Ctrl+↓), or switch to Stretch mode, which never crops.

Keyboard shortcuts don't work. Open chrome://extensions/shortcuts (or edge://extensions/shortcuts) and assign the keys there — the popup's Shortcuts button takes you to the same place.

A specific website misbehaves. Tell us which one at support@ultrawidevideo.com — site-specific fixes (YouTube, anime sites, and others) ship regularly.
